We are a non-profit 501 C) 3 and were founded due to economic     development concerns and quality of life issues. Along with our     participating partners, and the other Keep Georgia/Keep America     Beautiful Affiliates, we were asked to join the annual state October     Clean Rivers Program that is now known as Rivers Alive.
		We were organized into a certified Keep America Beautiful Affiliate in 1985.
	A county Green School program also originated from our Clean Campus program that we     implemented back in the early 1990s. Help The Hooch, an initiative from Keep South Fulton     Beautiful, later became a regional project.
