The organization, Litter It Costs You, has finally voted
    on a mascot. "The Brown Trasher" has a name: Buster.

        Children from all over Georgia came up with the name
    and upon the vote, Governor Sunny Perdue announced
    the result on March 22, 2006 in Atlanta.
